I have really enjoyed the book so far I really felt sad when the mom died i was so downhearted. I really was so cheerful  when the White Prince came back to Bertie. Bertie was glowing when he saw  the White Prince again. I was so happy when Bertie found a friend named Millie.It was so sad when Bertie could not go to the animals and look. But a few months later Bertie finally found the White Prince. By Emma Anderson

Last night I had to study under a lampost.My grandpa had cancer it was terrible. When I realised that he had cancer I was devastated. I always play with my best friend named Kahansie we love to play French and English. I always walk to school and back it’s 5 kilometers.  When I arrived at school there were only 10 notebooks and 60 in a class. Our teaches name was Mrs Khans. Some of the houses around where I live are fire proof. I live in Khayelitsha the people are very kind. Singing inspector

There was this real horrible man named Mr.Raymond. He always wore knickerbockers and very thick stockings. They were in a big room so Mr.R can listen to how they sing. The little ones didn't come and the big boys like Jack Long.He had golden curls on his head.He looked like a hunting man.Then we had to sing doh ray me fah .He then called out Benny and Charles out so that they can sing.But my friends and I did not know a single song.Mr. R was pointing a long stick on the modelater. Charles and Benny didn’t know what to sing so they just sang Pretty Polly.Then Mr. R shouted, Then just sing it !He looked like a bull bashman. It was horrible singing. Mr.R shouted, this is a waste of time. I had a very squeaky voice. In the middle of the second verse they both just stopped.
